Rhodolite.
Rhody for short, Rhodolites are known for their brilliance and durability--because of this, they are used as battle tacticians and field commanders. The human analogy of a Military Captain, they usually lead teams of lesser soldier gems (such as Rubies).
Rhody is a gem in service to Yellow Diamond, tasked with capturing the rogue Peridot from her failed Earth mission and to bring her to Yellow Diamond to be shattered. Her secondary objective was to also track down the missing Ruby team sent to locate Jasper.
The Crystal Gems, along with Connie, were visiting Lapis Lazuli and Peridot at the barn, Connie and Steven went down the hill to the beach to practice fighting fused as Stevonnie. While there, a roaming eye ship arrived carrying one passenger. 1 Rhodolite. She demanded the rogue Peridot be given over for punishment, to which the Crystal Gems refused. Rhody used her superior strategic mind to fight and poof Garnet, dispatch Lapis, and poof and bubble Peridot. Having heard the commotion and seeing the result, Stevonnie attempts to stop Rhody but hesitates at seeing Peridot bubbled in Rhody's hand.
